Stainless Steel Flexible Shielding

Stainless Steel (SS) Flexible Shielding (Metal Braid) is made from 304 SS and provides signal protection within a in-vacuum environment.   Two internal diameters are available from stock.

Silver Plated Copper Flexible Shielding

Silver Plated Copper (SPC) Flexible Shielding (Metal Braid) is made of a silver plated copper material and also provides signal protection within a ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) or high vacuum (HV) environments.  Two internal diameters are available from stock.

Selection of either two material types would depend primarily on whether the application environment must be non-magnetic or not.  Stainless Steel braided shielding is slightly magnetic while the Silver Plated Copper flexible shielding is non-magnetic.
